Felicia POSTARU, originally from Moldova and settled in Belgium, embodies the beauty of intelligence and the generosity of the heart. As a devoted mother and passionate lawyer, she offers diverse legal expertise while maintaining a deep connection with her two homelands.
Based in Brussels, Felicia practices as a lawyer registered at the bar, successfully navigating through various legal areas such as insolvency law, traffic violations, criminal law, administrative law, and family law. As the founder of her own firm, she is committed to providing quality legal services, combining practical experience with unwavering dedication to justice.
Since 2020, Felicia has served as a counselor at the Chamber of Representatives in Belgium. As a counselor, she is responsible for providing in-depth analyses on specific topics that are essential for legislative decision-making. This includes researching and analyzing existing and proposed legislation, reviewing the potential impacts of these laws, and preparing detailed briefings for lawmakers. Felicia is also involved in drafting bills or amendments, ensuring they are legally sound and aligned with the political objectives of the lawmaker.
At the PRO-LEX firm, Felicia leverages the considerable experience she has accumulated over more than seven years at Partena. There, she assisted many Moldovans, Romanians, Ukrainians, and other foreigners, helping them overcome their social and administrative challenges.
Fluent in Romanian, English, and French, she establishes strong connections with a diverse clientele. Despite the challenges of a demanding career, she finds a valuable balance between her work and her role as a mother, supported by her family proud of her achievements.
Antoniu TUDOR
Lawyer
Antoniu Tudor, a passionate lawyer and holder of a doctorate in public law from the University of Lille, brings solid and diverse expertise to the legal field. Originally from the village of Florești, commune of Țânțăreni, in the Gorj department (Romania), he places great value on truth, which guides his actions both professionally and personally. With enriching experience as a teaching assistant, he is committed to providing his clients with informed advice and effective representation.
Currently practicing law in both Lille and Brussels, registered with the respective bar associations of these cities, Antoniu operates in varied and stimulating legal environments.
Antoniu’s major work, his doctoral thesis entitled “Decentralization in Romania since 1859,” published in July 2021, offers an in-depth analysis of the administrative history of his home country. His interest in areas such as insolvency law, traffic offenses, criminal law, and administrative law is reflected in his daily practice.
Beyond his dynamic legal career, Antoniu is a passionate enthusiast of theology and law. As the proud father of two children, Raphaël and Clara, he finds valuable balance between his demanding professional life and his commitment to family.
Since joining the Pro-Lex law firm in December 2023, located at Avenue Louise 176/7 in Ixelles, Antoniu Tudor continues to offer his clients high-quality legal services, combining academic expertise, practical experience, and unwavering dedication to justice.
